Spotting and White

I have been spotting for over a week. nothing pink or red, just brown. Im not supposed to start my period for a week. I also noticed a couple days ago i have little white spots around my nipples. Sorry if this is TMI. Im 28 I have 3 boys youngest 8 months old. I have never spotted inbetween periods before. I am a hemophiliac so dont know if that has something to do with it. Could i be pregnant? or just ovulation bleeding that lasts a LONG time? Just moved and dont have a new doctor yet. Any opinions or suggestions would be great!

Main causes of spotting between periods could be due to ovulation, implantation bleeding during pregnancy, infection in an area of the body related to menstruation (including the vagina, the cervix and even the bladder).

Other causes could be polycystic ovarian syndrome, diseases of pituitary gland, hormonal imbalance of estrogen and progesterone and uterine abnormalities like fibroid and  cervical dysplasia. Get your serum HCG levels done or do a highly sensitive urine for pregnancy test to clear the status of your pregnancy.
