Stage 4 Endometriosis and TTC

I had lap done previously in 2004 then again in 2009.  After surgery in 2009, I was put on depo lupron for 6 months to supress the growth of endo.  However after coming off from depo, I wasn't able to get my period. I was put on meds to get my period then I had symptoms again and found out that I had severe endometriosis by my bladder.  I went through lap again this year may and i have recovered, but still not getting my period.  My doctor recommended IVF but it's just way too out of my budget and infertility doctor said IUI is not an option for me since my left ovary was attached to the pelvic wall.  Was anyone able to get pregnant after having stage 4 endometriosis surgery?  I'm just hoping to get pregnant naturally.

hi there. I know how worrisome endo can make someone who is trying to conceive. I have endo as well. I was on progesterone a few years ago and got pregnant but  miscarried. I stopped my birth control in feb and since then I had a another m/c no luck besides that. Just wanted to let you know that I understand how your feeling and am here, like you, to get support in trying to conceive. Best of luck!
