Hi jastinker,
I visited my doctor last week. He suggested me to stop the current medicine for gastritis once the shots starts (which started on 13th Feb). Even he cancelled out idea of endoscopy. I still feel pain in my upper abdomen and some times burning too. It is not too bad but it is there which bothers me. Doc has written Mylanta for gastritis. i have not started it yet for no specific reason. I need to go for scan early next week. will start taking Mylanta. Still on bland diet and somehow i have started liking it :-).
How r u doing? I'll pray for you. God bless you.
You might want to try mylanta as well. It really helped me, I am on Nexium and had to stop after the transfer, this is the only thing that helps me now.
Good luck!
Thanks jastinker,
I am not taking any antibiotic yet, just on antacids. I do yoga (Pranayama) daily, which i have heard helps in many ailments. I am planning to go for endoscopy by this weekend, after discussing it with my ICSI doctor. I hope i will feel ok by the time implantation is planned.
I believe in God and hope every thing will end up perfect and as planned. Good wishes to you too.
Hi there, we did our 2nd IVf on 2/4, the first time I was so sick with GI stuff, this time wasn't too bad, the difference was the doxycycline (antibiotic), I did not take it. Are you taking any antibiotics? I don't know which suppression you are on, I took ganirelix, and it did not cause any problems for me. The doc gave me 2 medicines in my IV during the retrival to help with my GI stuff, they really helped!
Good luck and baby dust coming your way!
