Starting Clomid

I am 34 and have been ttc for over 12 months now.  My ob did blood work and said all my levels were good but that I may be insulin resistant as my fasting glucose was a little high. Started on metformin in 11/06 and will be starting on clomid.  Anyone have any positive experiences to share??  I am really starting to get depressed.  I really hope the clomid works--can anyone tell me what to expect??  Thanks!!!:)

i have pco which causes insulin resistance. have been on metformin/glucophage and 3 cycles of clomid. now i am almost 8 weeks pregnant... good luck to you!
