Success rates on IVF and ICSI with PCOS

I'm 27yrs old and have PCOS. My husband also has a low sperm count. We've been trying to get pregnant for 6yrs now and we're now about to start our 1st cycle of IVF with ICSI. I've been over and over the success rates but it doesn't really make me feel any better. I was wondering if anyone is or has been through the same thing and could let me know any success or failure stories to help me get my head round it. I guess i'm hoping and praying it will happen 1st time but need a little reality check.

I'm 27 also and had success with IVF w/ ICSI this past May. I don't have PCOS, but we had male factor infertility that caused us to do IVF (my husbands count, motility, and morphology were extremely low) and it was explained to me that the only chance we'd have at getting pregnant was thru IVF w/ ICSI (especially since his sperm had around a 1% motility). I did the same thing with researching success rates, reading other people's stories, etc. I do hope that your first try works! Try to think positive, even when it seems impossible to do!
