Successful IUI's after Varicocele Repair?

Hello all, I am about to go in for my second IUI on Femara (post hubby's varicocele repair).  Have any of you been through the same experience and with positive results?  We did IUI on Femara last month, but ended up with a BFN. There were no issues on my end, but my husband had a "mildly" low count and quality prior to his surgery.  So far his results are improving and looking better and better.  Any positive stories would be greatly appreciated!
