Successful pregnancy after tubal reversal

Hi ladies. I would like to receive feedback from those who had a successful tubal reversal ending in a BFP.
How long did it take for you to receive your BFP?
Any success stories? Please share.

I am waiting on responses as well. I had my reversal in August and still waiting on my BFP. Hopefully 2009 will bring us both BFP's.

I know of one woman on this forum who had BFP after TR.  As I recall, she got pregnant right away and had a baby and she is 39 or so at the time.   Her name is AZQTpies.   I read about this other girl who had a TR in May got preg in Nov, but lost baby (miscarriage) after 8 week.   And another woman is 40, had TR in June, got preg in Nov and lost baby in Dec.   All these women were over 35.   For what I know...it works sometimes and sometimes it doesn't.   Good luck to you!

I had a tubal reversal in April 08. I got a BFP in June 08 but it was an ectopic pregnancy. I then had a HSG done in Sept. 08 and found out that my right tube is now blocked (thats the side the ectopic was on). Then I got a BFP in October 08 but it was a chemical :( Sooo, I continue to be hopeful that I will get my BFP with sticky bean soon. Good luck to you.

I had tubal revesal in Jan. 08 and got pregnant in October and had a miscarriage in Nov. at 6 weeks. I turned 40 in Nov.  I'm hopng this month to get a bfp. good luck to everyone.

I am so sorry to read about your loss. I hav not conceived since the tubal reversal in August 08. My OBGYN does not believe that I need to do a HSG until a year has passed. I asked him...does it make a difference that I am 37....he said....no, let's just give it a year....aaaaaaaarrrrrrrrrrrrrgggggggggghhhhhhhhh!!!!

I am so sorry to read about your loss. I have not conceived since the tubal reversal in May 08. My OBGYN does not believe that I need to do a HSG until a year has passed. And after that i went to see him because it was passed a year and he told that i could have a baby without any problem so he checked if my tube was blocked and it wasn't. Now almost three years as gone by and for FIV at the end of this month hopefully that the little bean sticks and we have a healthy little baby!!!!! I'm 39 years old.
My got  her tubal reversal in August of 08 and she got pregnant in october 08 and she nows a beautiful healthy little girl! And she was 35 at the time she got pregnant
