Sun exposure during ivf

Hi,

So I was thinking of going to the beach this week as it is nice and warm here in NY. I am curious whether I should stay out of the sun...wondering if this may affect me as Im in the midst of a FET. Thoughts??

I went to St John during my stimulation - had to take my meds on the plane and do the shots while I was there.  I was in the sun ... I went in August - had the retrieval in the beginning of September and I am currently 28 weeks along with a little girl.  If it gets hot - which it did for me - I just went inside!! Good Luck

I personally think the relaxation just might help : )   I woultn't know how it could mess it up.  ENJOY!!!
