TTC but confused

On my first round of Clomid 50mgs I never ovulated
So now I'm one my second round and am on 100mgs
Two tablets once a day.... on my "my cycles" analysis
It says next fertile window is from 26-11-2012 to
1-12-2012..... I'm supposedly meant to ovulate on
The 1-12-2012 which would be my day 14 ..... on another
Site it says basically the same dates but il be highly fertile ...
so when is the best time to TTC everyday from the 26-11 or
on the supposedly ovulation date 1-12-2012 .....???????

What's the difference between being "highly fertile" &
Actual ovulation .....
