TTC

Hi!! Me and my fiancé have been trying to conceive for almost two years now. We have not gone to see a fertility specialist quite yet due to the cost, however does anyone have any tips or advice on getting pregnant? It would be much appreciated!

you are same as me. we r also ttc almost 1 yer now. i didnt go for IVF's coz of the cost, however, im taking fertility blend for women from GNC $40. after reading many successful reviews. DH had low counts b4 and after taking fertility blend for men, it helped him to boost his counts. im taking that for almost a month now, it says it need atleast 3 months to work. so i would say why dont u try it. Hope u will get BFP soon :)

I agree....if you have been tracking your ovulation accurately (I used those electronic OPKs for a long time) and you're still having issues, I'd see your Gyno and have him/her order up some simple bloodwork to check your levels and also have your husband tested, too. These tests were free under my hospital plan and were the initial steps we went through before having to use the big guns (IVF). You might also need to do an HSG as well, which can also be covered depending on your plan. Good luck!

do you track your menstrual cycle and bbt and cm and that sort of thing? there are a lot of helpful pregnancy apps that you can download on your phone that can calculate your most fertile time of the month and that sort of thing. but if you arent wanting to chart and decipher everything i was told by my doc that if you have sex every 2 days that increases your chance of getting pregnant as you are covering the whole month even if you ovulate later than you thought :)
good luck :):)
