Taking Clomid 2nd cycle (50 day 2 till 6) spotting day cd23

iam 30 years old and have had PCOS for the last 10+ years . this is the secound time i have taken clomid  last time i fell pregnant on the first cycle. this time iam on the secound cycle and its cd day 24 today and yesterday i had spotting in the afternoon once.  last cycle i got cramps on cycle days 14 and 15 this time nothing, whats the chances of pregnancey this time and when should i test as i dont have regular cycles. normal between 21 and 24 days but first cycle of clomid last cd 34 days.

any ideas or advice please.

I am also on my second round of Clomid.  It did not do anything for me the first round so I am hoping for better chances this time.  My doctor always tells me to test on the day that is the latest I have went between cycles.  Are you have your 21 day progesterone test done?  They will be able to tell you then if you even ovulated this month.  Good luck and baby dust to you!

similar story here. i just finished first round of clomid, im 28. had cramping and started spotting, such small spotting, on cd26 -too early for af. progesterone testing said i did ovulate. went for cycle review today with dr. she thinks i didnt really ovulate but i tried and now i might have a cyst. grrrr! but let us know how it works out for you!

hi 2 all, i will  b starting my first round of clomid in a few days after trying for 4 years since i had my little boy in 06,i had surgery in oct09 to open my tubes thay then give me six months to try and conceive on my own after the surgery was successful,but still i haven't conceived yet so the are trying me on clomid on cd 2-6and then to go in on cd 12 and have a scan to c if i have produced any eggs and if i have then a injection to rippen the eggs.i am quite nervous about the side affects but im sure it will all b worth it if it works.good luck to all who r ttc i hope it works 4 us all.
