Taking Evening Primrose Oil and Flaxseed Oil

I am taking both EPO and Flaxseed Oil at the same time, is it harmful to take both at the same time? I am trying to work on my fertile CM but it doesn't seem to be working at all. I first started taking EPO alone in June and it worked but it hasn't worked again since then. Would appreciate ur response.

they should be fine.
flaxseed oil is good to take during pregnancy at well (it has the DHA the have started adding to prenatal vitamins in recent years) but i'm not sure EPO is ok for pregnancy.
if the EPO isn't helping, i'd just stop that one and continue to flaxseed oil in addition to your prenatal vitamins.

well i would hop on the internet and google this because i did some research on flaxseed oil and found it was bad to take so i stopping taking it. its all up to you, but just make an informed decision

I have been looking up things but I haven't seen anything that says flaxseed oil is bad. I know EPO shouldn't be taken if pregnant as it causes the uterus to contract. Can you share the source of info or what exactly it said?

i'll have to look around again and find where i read that. I know that on my bottle there is a warning to talk to your doc firs before using if you are pregnant.
