I called my dr this am and got to speak to the nurse who said that it was just probably follicles  which is a good thing that I probably had more than one egg.  Now to the downside of things

We started talking about the hystrocypenio gram which I said that it showed that I did not have endometirosis sp?  She said that does not show anyting but the ovaries and tubes... I told her about my painful af which she said is a sign of endo. I usually have bad af cramps the 2nd day my af usually only lasts 2-3 days max 4 days I only go through about 8-10 pads, I do not have painful intercourse, but I do have fibromyalgia which can be a sign that I do have endo from what I have been reading.  I do have irritable bowel syndrome which I have had for years.  I was on birth control pills for almost 18 years.  Did not have bad af when on them which is also a sign of endo.  I have some of the symptoms but not all.  Have a back injury from working in the medical field -- so I have always had back pain but really not so much when I have af.  I do not have pelvic pain only af pangs and twangs.  I am sooooo worried that I have this... My god please don't let it be ...... I had a d&c last year you would think they would have seen it then ????  I am such a mess.... What if it is endo then what??? I so hate surgery.... which is the only out... This year has really really sucked!!  

Tanker Chic -- yes the cramping lasted until today early am still had the pangs from last night.  I am sooooo doubtful just becuz of all the bad **** that has gone on this year ..... What is god making us pay for ????  What have we done that was so wrong in our lives to end up this way????  :(  she told me to talk about it to the dr's if I get a bfn.... God please help us !!!

Yesterday I went home again and took a nap - I have had cramping on my right side since yesterday seems to have subsided somewhat this morning.  It even hurts in my lower abdomen I really don't know what that could be. It was like a pulling on my right side but then the cramps in my stomache -- oh well who knows - ??  I am going to expect the worst and hope for the best... what more can I do?  Does insurance pay for you to have that surgery?

Hey Hope... I'm worried you have so much riding on this you are getting yourself all worked up...  You know your dh has low sperm count, so that was probably the reason for the bfn's... If you don't get your bfp this time you might consider doing the laparoscopy.. I also had it done to look for endo and they did not find anything.. It only delayed ttc for one month..

But honestly for now.. I think you should put that out of your mind.. No planning for bfn..  right now you need to focus on BFP thoughts!!  I know sometimes it feels like you are being punished... during my low points, I often had similar thoughts.. rationally I knew it didn't make sense, but I couldn't find any other explanation.. I KNEW I WAS CURSED!!  

"When" you get your bfp, all this hurt and worry will be a distant memory.. You will know it happened but it will feel like it happened to someone else..  Hang in there, you are so close!!

Thank you for the hope - Do you also have painful af?  Mine are the next to last day for about 2-4 hours that's it other than that normal cramps.

Hi there....I hope these words can bring some calm or hope to you!  I have had fibromyalgia all my life (they think now that it was triggered when I was run over by a van in Kindergarten) and all of my "mysterious" illnesses that could never be explained (my mom called them schoolsickies!!)  Anyway, I had a laparoscopy on August 24th and despite all the pain that I have, they found NO sign of endometriosis! Not one...

So, while surgery wasn't fun, when I got the results that everything looks soooo good, I was glad that I did instead of always wondering!! :)
