Thinking about my birthcontrol

Ok so in oct I found out I was pregnant a week after we found out it was ectopic and I had emergency surgery after they found that I was hemorrhaging but it clotted which saved my life because er doctors are idiots and he would have let me bleed to death.anyway my gyno said wait a month before trying again I took birthcontrol (ortho tri cyclen lo) so we wouldn't get pregnant yet. After that I had a normal period in nov we tried and nothing I had a normal period in dec right on time and we where going to try again untill I started bleeding four days after stoping my period (christmas eve) the exact day I was predicting to ov which is why the extrem pain the day before didn't make me think because I thought I was oving. Only weird thing about the pain is mess didn't help and they normally do. So I waited a few days over the Christmas weekend thinking it was ovulation bleeding well it got worse and didn't stop and I was cramping. This freaked me out cause I've always been lucky to have a ms let along two in one month. I called my dr they didn't find anything and sent  me for a ultrasound to see what was going on. In the meantime she put me on loestrin24fe to regulate me. I stoped bleeding but the cramps got worse. They moved up my ult because of the pain all they found was a one cm cyst on my right side which is nothing compared to the three to five cm ones I have had before. Plus my left side is the one hurting plus period like cramps. My left ovary had ALOT of folicls on it like I've seen an ult of someone on fertility drugs and that's what it looked like. This is two weeks after starting the bc. I've been tracing my temp because I've been having really bad hot flashes and migranes (migraines) I guess that's aide effects but for a week I was getting from 97.0 to 97.9 Then yesterday I got a 98.3 and today the same. I'm wondering if the way my cycle was and starting the bc without using the Sunday start or the one day or dubbing for a few days like some dr tell you too and because I was going to ov if it's posable if I did dispite the bc. Unfourtunatly I had my left tube removed in my ectopic surgery so even if some of the eggs release that I saw in the ult my chances are not high at all of getting pregnant. Anybody else think that it's posable I ov?
