Thyroid, Periods and Progesterone

Hi there, just wondering is any one in the same boat as me.. i became quite ill three months ago in which my periods also completely stopped i'm 35.. After many bloods tests.. I learnt I'm  Hypo Thyroid.. so just started medication but wondering when my period will come back?  Doc gave me Progesterone Teva to take for 10 days to get things rolling again.

wow they are horrible.. the bloating, water retention  and general feeling of crapness since the day I started them... but can anyone tell me when I will get my period on these?

This is the 4th day I am taking them? will I get them within the 10 days on them  or do I have to wait even further to get my period?

Is anyone out there Hypo Thyroid and trying to have a baby? is this now the next challenge for me  in terms of being fertile?

Thanks!  X

I'm also hypo thyroid. I've been trying to have a baby for almost 3 years already and just out about me being hypo thyroid. I just finished my treatment after 60 days on meds. Now I'm just wondering how long it will take for me to get pregnant..
