Took the FRER and there is a faint faint line....not sure what to think!!!! PLEASE HELP!

Ok, earlier post today, I took an EPT +/- test and there was a faint line making it look positive.  After many suggestions, held bladder for 4 hours and took a FRER test and there is a faint faint line but I'm afraid could be an evaporation line.  I am so confused!  What do you think????

I have  not had any pre-symptoms of  AF yet but I am praying that she does not show, we will see soon.  If no AF in the morning I will test.  Wish me luck and once again Congrats!!!!!!

I have been so hesitant to get excited.  I am still spotting like AF is starting but it's not picked up any in the last couple of days.  It's mainly brown.  The only thing that concerns me is my temp dip this morning.  It went down about .5 degrees.  I know a single temp dip is not a big deal but with everything else.  The only thing that gives me hope is the pregnancy tests.  Luckily, I bought the 3 pack of the FRER so I still have 2 of those and 1 EPT that I'm sure I will take over the next 2 days.  RE wanted me to call Monday if I'd gotten a +.  However, when I started spotting yesterday, I talked to nurse and she told me to stop the Prometrium since the spotting was AF trying to come.  So I really don't know.  I am cautiously optimistic, but YES I do want to jump up and down!!!!

Wish me luck!  I'd love to hear more responses, though, so don't stop with this post!

If it is brown blood, you may not 'still' be spotting.  It may just be left over blood that hasn't made its way down yet.  Brown blood is old blood.  For me, brown blood comes at the end of AF not the beginning.  

I also agree with the others, that isn't an evap line, it's a BFP.  Congratulations!!  I wish the very best for you both!!

I haven't done this before until today so let me know if doesn't work.  The EPT test seemed to get darker over time.  I took it at 8:15 a.m. CST this morning.  The FRER I took at 1:00 p.m. CST.

also evap lines dont usually have a pink tint to them so you are most deffinatly pregnant!!!!

You guys are great!  I AM excited now!  I will definitely keep taking the Prometrium!  What about the temp drop?  RE said that I shouldn't even worry about temping but I can't help it, it's habit now.  YIPPPPPPPPPPEEEEE!!!!  I never in a million years dreamed I'd get a BFP this month.  I guess I'm just so used to disappointment!

I've got to run and tell dh what you all said.  Again, thanks so much!!!!!  Keep posting if anyone feels like it!!!

I wouldn't worry about the temp drop if you are still well above your cover line.  I think most people have a dip whenever they have the "bleeding" you're having.  

But enjoy your BFP!!

Those aren't that faint at all!!!  They are showing up gorgeously from all the way here in Jersey, lol.  CONGRATULATIONS!!!!  I'm so excited for you!!

Well, I actually didn't temp from CD4-CD14 so I have no idea what coverline would even be.  I'm still above my CD14 temp.  My progesterone last Monday was 78.4 so I can't imagine it would drop so fast from then on for AF to come.  I will definitely keep testing :) and will let you all know if anything changes.

Just shows what nurses know....she told me to quit the Prometrium that the spotting was definitely AF!  I'm glad I went with my gut and kept taking it!

What you do is you jump up and down, scream, and give thanks!!!

And yes, that IS a line.  FRER doesn't give evaps like that within the first 10 minutes or so, not till hours later.

Oh yeah...........that is a for sure BFP :) congrats :) what did you do this cycle?

I saw an RE for the first time on CD1 and he had me do an HSG on CD8 (normal), then IUI on CD13.  I was actually supposed to get an u/s and hcg trigger shot but I got a +OPK on CD12 so they skipped all that and just did IUI.  I was on 100 mg Clomid.  I had been on 150 mg the past few cycles and he said that 100 should be doing it for me and if not, he'd move on to injectibles.  I started Prometrium 200 mg on CD15.

It's funny, though, because I was less stressed this cycle about actually getting pregnant (I had a lot of other stress going on to make up for it, though).  I had just given it to God and had decided if the IUI didn't work with Clomid that I was not going to do injectibles and would adopt.  I actually requested a couple of packets from some international adoption agencies because I was ready to move on.  DH wanted to give it a little more time, though.  Hopefully this will work out.

I have a ds who is 3 1/2 and I had a m/c last March so we've been at this for a while.   I'm still finding it hard to get excited, though, because I don't want to be disappointed.  

Thanks for all the posts....keep posting if you feel like it.  I will definitely keep checking for the rest of the day.  And I'll let you know what tomorrow morning's HPT says.  The encouragement here means so much!

That is great news, I am scared to test this early, my cycle is due tomorrow and if nothing shows than I will test.  When is your due date?  What was your progesterone level this month?  My last progesterone level was 105, so wish me luck.  Congrats!!!

My due date would be January 1st!!!  What a great way to bring in a new year.  My progesterone was 78.7, the highest it has ever been.  However, the Prometrium could be contributing to that.  I've not had any more spotting since this morning so hopefully AF will stay away for good.  I had a m/c last March at 6 weeks so I'm not going to get my hopes up yet (well, who am I kidding, of course, my hopes are up!!!!) But still, I'm trying not to think about it!

I can't wait to call the RE and tell them, especially since his nurse was so WRONG!!!

I was not going to test until tomorrow (13dpo) but since the spotting started and the nurse told me to stop the Prometrium, I tested today.  I really hope you get your BFP tomorrow!!!!  I'll be praying for you!

There is absolutely no doubt those are BFPs!!! I could very clearly see them and my DH said he could totally see them,  too.

I am soooo happy for you.  Keep it in God's hands and all will work out great.  We were on the same timing except for a day, I am so happy one of us worked out this month.  I will keep you in my thoughts and prayers for the next nine months.  All the best to you.
