Treating yeast infection while TTC???

Hi.

I believe I am 1 DPO. I got an ear infection and two days ago started on Omnicef, an antibiotic to kill bacteria. My ear feels better, but the stupid antibiotic has as they always do, caused what feels like maybe a yeast infection coming on. I have no discharge, but am itching today (sorry TMI) !
I've never had a yeast infection while TTC and don't know if I need to treat it any differently. I'm afraid to use a yeast infection medication kit you insert, etc. because I'm afraid it'll interfere with becoming pregnant, esp. since I think I ovulated yesterday.
It's 5:20 p.m., so too late to call OBGYN for advice. Anyone know what I can do to relieve this and not spoil my chances of conception?
