Trigger Shot and Intercourse

So, I had my trigger shot yesterday and bd.  How often are you supposed to bd?  One nurse told me to bd on the day of trigger, wait a day, then 3 days in a row, then every other day for a week.  Another told me not on the day of trigger but the next day, and then every other day.  I am getting conflicting stories and when I asked they said when ever you feel like it.  I am just a little confused.  What have you been told?
