Trouble Conceiving

I was diagnosed with fibroid tumors years ago. I finally decided to have a myomectomy, as I was told this could be the reason I was having difficulty conceiving.  It has been over two years since the procedure and still no baby.  My periods have always been very regular. So much so until you can set your clock to them.  Can anyone offer any advice as to why I may still be having difficulty getting pregnant?  By the way, I have had 2 Hysterosalpingogram and there was spillage into my uterus of the dye so there is nothing blocked.  Someone please offer any advice you may have - This is also causing major depression issues because I cannot figure out what is wrong with me.
