Trying for 2nd IUI- did anyone do 2 injectibles on day 5 and 7?

I am preparing for 2nd IUI, and my doctor did increase my Clomid to 100 mg, and instead of 1 Breville shot, i am doing 2 , on days 5 and 7.

Has anyone had the same situation? And does it work better then just 1 time.

I did injectables and the last two IUI cycles I did two injections per day--one in the AM and one in the PM for several of the days.
Not sure if this is the same thing as you are doing, but it helped make my follicles bigger.

I had my first IUI done in 3/6 and it's fail.  I believe AF will here tomorrow.  I am going to do IUI for second time.  If this time is not i am taking a break from med and from ttc.

What kind injection did your doctor gave you?

This time my doctor put me on 150mg (CD 3 - CD8) clomid, and injection follistim for CD 3,5,7,and 9  After that if i have mature follicles, then I will going to have Novarel injection to help follicles rupture and do IUI next day.  That's what my plan for next cycle.

Ohh, i am sorry about your first one, so we are in the same boat.

I am taking 100 mg of clomid days 3-7, and Brevell injection i did on day 5 and today day 7th, and have to go see doctor on Friday at 7:45 am to check my follicles.

I really hope this is your time. Have you had any side effects from medicine???
I have to also get ovedrill that i will inject as well.
