Trying to Conveive at 45

I am 45 years old and I get my period every month but my Gyn said I'm in Perimenopause cause my AMH level was 0.4 and FSH was 27.2 and we are trying to conceive. Is it possible with medications to be able to conceive even at those levels? I have read someplace that some women have, and I would like to hear it from someone that really has.  Are there medications I could get to help me produce better eggs or however it might be? Please help. Thanks.
