Trying to Get Pregnant

I am 28 yrs old. I have gotten pregnant before when I was 23 yrs old with my Now husband, but we were not ready at the time (to young). I have been off of birth control for about 5 yrs now and we were always just "careful" when having sex (pull out method) I always thought it was funny I had not got pregnant being that I was not on birth control and we were not using protection. Now we have been trying for about 6 months now and nothing. I would think it would be a little bit easier for me to get pregnant due to the fact I have not been on anything for so long. I track my periods which are regular and ovulation track. I am pretty healthy my husband not so much he does smoke cigarettes and drinks a lot of caffeine (which I am trying to get him off of). They say to at least wait a year before taking further actions with your doctor? any advise helps! Thanks! :-)

Talk to your DR if you are having regular periods and you are ovulation then by all means you should of gotten pregnant even if your were using the (pull out method) because pre-ejaculation is what is most potent.... maybe your DR can give you Clomid which increases your fertility (raises your chances of twins by 5%) this how ever did not work for me what got me pregnant i quit trying i said if it happens it happens and now i'm 5 months pregnant with a baby boy
