Trying to concieve(conceive)

I started my first dose of clomid last month. And now officially i have passed 6 days of my periods. But still my home pregnancy test failed. I m now lossing hope of having a baby. V have been trying since 1 years. How to detect whether really i m pregnant or not. for my apointment with OB/GYN is on 4th Feb 2008. plz plz help...

Are you using clomid because you don't ovulate on your own? And if so, do you know if clomid worked this month and you did in fact ovulate? Maybe you just need an increased dose.

Clomid postponed my periods as well.  I thought I was prego but it was just clomid  :(
So sorry you have to go through this!
Only a blood test can tell you for sure whether you are pregnant.
I hope your obgyn can help you figure out what's going on.
