That is good about the clean part sad about the not fixing part! What type of TL did you have? What all did they say about your tubes and the condition? I know Dr. Levin fixed one lady who had hers burned with 1.5cm left and she concived the first cycle trying. I am so sorry for you! I had mine burned and no one would touch them and said I was unfixable. My one side was burned into my uterus and so he could not fix that side but the other side had .5 left from the uterus and 5 from the ovarie and he put it bacl together. I am on my 3rd cycle trying since my TR.

I heard it costs 3500. Yet with transportation and now having to get a passort. (new law) it cost her about 7,000. She regreted it though and said the hospital was not as clean as it should be and she got no after care. I do not know where she lives but like I said Dr. Levin in Lousisville KY is great and he provides aftercare. Oh and the one she went to in Mexico put stints in. Tell her NO STINTS because they cause scar tissue to build up over time! Dr. Levin has a web site she can look at that tells all the things you need to know before hand when deciding on a dr. Dr. Levin is the only dr in the US that provides after care for free and other proceddures if needed. He will call you him self night or day if he wants to talk about your blood work or anything! He called me on his vacation when he got my blood work back and my progesterone was low then called the pharmacy that could make it for me specially since I had no pharmacy around here to make it. Like I said there is alot to think about when choicing a dr. If you don't mind me asking what type of TL did she have?

My friend wants to get her tubal reversal done oout in Mexico. Does anyone know how much it will cost her? I'm not to thrilled with the idea of her having it done in mexico but it's what she wants to do. So I'm doing the best I can to find out if  there is a place she can go have this done that would help her  for cheap and keep her safe. Please enlighten me with some positive feedback. Thank you and God Bless.

You can write a letter to your insurance as to why medicaly benifit you and them. Some sates order insurance to cover that type of procedure. I can tell you after researching it for 8 years I can tell you the best dr to go to! Dr. Richard Livin in Louisville ky. Look up babies by levin. He offers free services afterwards, and if you need another procedure like Hsg or IUI it is free! This is baby after baby after the procedure! He has the best bedside manner and makes you feel like you are family! His cost is $6,200 and he offers a payment plan! Or you can use tax money like most. He has a wonderful support group for thinking of it, before, during and after! He is the first dr to do this and have sucess in the U.S. He does not use stints and does it in the hospital! Best dr in the world!!!!!! I already had mine this last Apirl and he personally caleed me with results of a test he ordered for free and put me on progesterone. He caleed them in and had them mailed to me by a pharmacy that would make them just for me intead of getting them from a warehouse. The cheapest is in Mexico but by the time you pay for passports and stuff it is not cheaper and you hvae better sucess with him. He is the only dr with this special king of German microscope to help with the surgery! Best of Luck

Not that I have heard. It is an elective procedure and insurance will not cover it which is unfortunate.
