Unbalanced scrotum???

Hi everyone, I need your help. My hubby & I have been trying to conceive for 2 years. Recently, I noticed that my hubby's scrotum is unbalanced. His left side is droopier/hanging lower than the right. Is this a sign of a fertility problem? Or is this normal, just as a woman may have asymmetrical breasts & that is no cause for concern???

Did you have a sperm analysis done on him yet? Hav eyou had any tests done?  Since you say it's been 2 yrs, I would say you should go to a reproductive Dr.
