Uterine Septum and Bicornuate Uterus

Hi I am 28 yrs old, just I had hystroscopy and laproscopy and found bicornuate uterus with a broad base septum between two cornu. And my dr. told me there is no need of surgery, I read some columns so i m very scared now about baby and misscarriage. If anyone had same problem please guide me...

I had a septum uterus, but it was corrected.  And Globetrot had her septum correct just a couple of weeks ago.  I know alot of women get pregnant with septums and carry to term, I don't know what the criteria is for correcting it.  
I had had a m/c, so maybe that's why they did mine.

I also had a septum and had surgery on 4-12-11. my Dr done the surgery because i also was pregnant and only carried my baby to 22wks. we lost her because her lungs were not developed. we want to ttc again so i'm in the healing process. i have a balloon inside my uterus and am taking estrogen, i have a follow up appt on monday so lots of questions for the Dr then. good luck and baby dust for all of us..
