I am a 39 year-old woman trying to conceive since 10 months ago. Following the prescriptions of my gynaecologist, I tested my hormone levels (all of them were ok) and my husband had a seminogram (also fine). The following test was a hysterosalpingrography. Fallopian tubes were fine but the diagnosis “suggests utherine hypoplasia”.
I have searched the term in the internet and I am deeply depressed. However, there are certain things I do not understand if I compare my condition with the information I have found. I have always menstruated since I was 12 years old and my menstruations have always been quite abundant. Moreover, I have always had an annual visit to the gynaecologist and everything was ok. None told something was wrong with the size of my uterus.
I will show the results to my gynaecologist next Friday and I am scared. Does it mean I have no possibilities at all of conceiving?
