Waiting for pregnancy after IUI

Hi friends,I m new to this forum and waiting for the result of my recent iui. I just had my iui on 2nd of feb 2013.i m 34yrs old,,married for 8 yrs,had pcos and had laproscopic done in dec2012.
Can anyone guide me on how long will it take to know if I m pregnant.

How are you? IUI may be performed both during a natural or medicated cycle. After IUI, ovulation is usually induced using medications containing human chorionic gonadotropin. And the best time to test is 2 weeks after to makes sure that the hCG is out of the system and the pregnancy test  will be more accurate and conclusive.  It is best that you discuss this with your attending physician  to clear any doubts.
