There is no pill that will make you get pregnant. The best bet is to make sure you have sex at the right times of the month, right around the time she ovulates. You can purchase ovulation prediction kits at the store or online and these will help give you an idea of when she will ovulate. Some women also take their tempertures to chart when and if they ovulated. If she doesn't get pregnant after 1 year if she is under 35 years old or after 6 months if she is over 35, than you can see if your insurance covers seeing a fertility specialist. Good luck!
