What if I have a cyst on both my ovaries? Can I still conceive?

Im only 16 years old and I have a cyst on each ovary. Ive looked at other posts and I seem to have all the symptoms of an enlarged cyst, reading for removal. I have to go to the bathroom constantly, bad cramps, and throbbing. My questions are, if my cysts are large enough for removal, will I still be able to have children when I am older? How large do they have to be before everything has to be taken out?  Do they even take absolutely everything out? How to I cope if they do?

Yes you can. Few of my friends conceived though they have cysts in the ovaries, PCOs, though may be not naturally, needed some doctors help in ovulation or egg release, with basic treatments, it works. Good luck.
