What is causing this soreness????

Ok so I know that sore bb's are a symptom of pg for some women however mine usually get sore about 3 to 5 days after O and stay that way till AF. The problem right now my bb's don't hurt at all but my nipples are so sore and sensitive. Sorry if that is tmi. My question is has anyone ever had this happen or does anyone know what is causing it? Any help is very appreciated.

Hi Needababy,

There are several reason your breasts could be sore.  Mine get sore off and on after O all the time and sometimes even before O.  Caffeine is a major culprit, especially if you have fibrocystic breasts (which I do).  Also, just hormonal changes can cause them to be sore.  I do remember when I was young and pregnant for the first time I never had sore breasts in my life until the day I missed AF.  It wasn't the same kind of soreness I get now because it was just the nipple as you described and it was a very obvious tingling pain.  I get both kinds of soreness now though but mostly it's the whole breast that hurts.  

I hope yours ends up being a BFP though.
