What is the best fertility treatment if SA low and PCOS?

I am trying my second IUI but sa is low only 1 million so feel that I am wasting money and time trying this method. I am 33 yr old with a 3 yr old daughter conceived natural with DH.  I was shocked when they told me his sa is low, and RE says that might have to talk about IVF next. Would this be best alternative or should we continue IUI with low sa, has anyone conceived on low sa before?

Someone did just within the last couple of months but I can't remember who.  I think it is possible but you chances are probably not as good.  For low SA, IVF will give you the best chances.  

We weren't dealing with low SA, but for us IUI was much cheaper than IVF... So for you I think it depends on the cost difference.  If you have to pay a couple of grand for each IUI, it might be worth it to move on to IVF.. If IUI costs more like a couple of hundred, you might try that for a while before switching to IVF.
