some tips. if you are overweight, lose weight. Don't smoke, strictly limit alcohol - not more than 1 -2 drinks a day and not more than once or twice a week. Avoid if possible. Eat plenty of vegetables, protein and healthy fATS. Avoid processed and junk foods. Exercise at least 30 - 60 minutes of aerobic exercise 3 or more times a week. Take a good antioxidant.
