What's wrong with me?

I have had 4 months now of clomid 150mg and hcg shot when follicles are big enough.  I've had blood tests confirming that each month I have ovulated we have had timed intercourse at exactly the right time each month.  Once again this month all efforts failed.  Devastated!  It's month after month of heartache.  I started 8 months ago with just clomid and this failed to make me ovulate.  What is the next step?  Don't think I can take much more.

Instead of clomid I would ask for injectable medicine like Gonel - F with HCG shot.  Good Luck to you.

Kricket212 is right about injectibles OR if you don't want to do that, you can probably do an IUI with Clomid, instead of timed intercourse. During an IUI, the sperm is inserted directly into your uterus, so chances of it "hitting" an egg are higher than during intercourse. Best of luck :)

I did about 6 or 7 rounds of Clomid with no success.  I have done 2 IUI's so far.  I didn't have very good response to the Clomid.  I am now on my first cycle of Follistim.  How many follicles did you usually produce?  

I would try and get moved to injectables with hcg shot and possibly an IUI.  That way, you know the spermies are there right where they need to be,... then you can have intercourse too, to make sure you are covered!

Good Luck, trust me I know how frustrating it can be.  I had about 2-3 cycles where I just had to wait because my follicles stopped growing.

Thanks for the replies I have my appointment tomorrow and have lots of questions.  I will ask about iui and injectibles (silly question but are these daily injections?) princessJam I normally hav about 4 follicles with one or 2 lead ones and the others seem to stop growing.  I also want my tubes tested heard alot about this so hope to god it's not this.  Any more info is appreciated.
