One of the best ways to understand your ovulation date is to chart or make an Ovulation calendar of your menstrual cycle. You should start with Day 1 as the first day of your period and so on. If your menstrual cycle is 28 days, then your likely ovulation day is Day 14 of your cycle.  Ovulation test to make it easier to accurately predict your ovulation date.  Based on a 28 day menstrual cycle, you should start testing using the Ovulation kit 5 days out from your likely ovulation date which is Day 14 of your menstrual cycle.

Therefore you should start testing on Day 7 of your menstrual cycle. You should test every day from Day 7 at the same time of the day to ensure the most accurate results.

If you  have 30 days cycle then i think i ovulate on 16th day and if you 31 days cycle you ovulation on 17th day.Generally the period between your last periods and ovulation can vary but the period between your ovulation and next periods is fixed which is usually 14 days. This means your day of ovulation will decide how long your cycle is. In my case my next period always starts 14 days after ovulation. But as everybody is saying ovulation kit is more certain.

I read that you usually ovulate (depending on ur cycle) 14 to 16 days after u start ur period.. assuming your on a 28 day cycle you would ovulate on day July 18.... but it is better to buy an ovulation predictiong kit its more certain

usually exactly 2 weeks after the first day of your period.. ie yours would be the weekend of the 18th and it lasts for a couple days, the last days are usually the highest ovulation days. Check out this website www.ovulation-calendar.net

It depends on how long your cycle is but usually right in the middle.  You can buy ovulation tests at the store which will tell you when to start testing and it will tell you exactly when you are o'ing... Good luck!
