When to start Lupron on IVF cycle?

I have PCOS and my periods are not regular. I am on IVF cycle and doctor has started me with BCP.Today is day 11 of my pill. I haven't got a schedule from the doctor's office to the start the lupron yet. Any one here who started with BCP and then lupron? What day did you start the lupron? Thank you for all your comments.

I was 14 days of BCP and 2 weeks of lupron .02cc. Then lupron .01 and follistim 225.

Thanks for the reply. My doctors office is being very slow in responding lately. The nurse(my RE's nurse) who used to keep me in track is very busy with the egg donors program and she still makes some time and calls me when I leave a message. For my first IVF cycle I started Lupron on Day 14 of my pill... I am still waiting for a call from the nurse. It gets so frustrating that you can reach them when you need.
