When to start Progesterone Supp.

I had my + OPK Monday night, still + Tues. morning and still + last night. I ran out of tests so I couldn't test this a.m.
Should I start my Prog. supp. tonight? I called my RE's office yesterday and she said she was pretty sure to start them tonight but she would double check with the Doc today and call back.... Well, she never called!!! Any thoughts?

I would just wait until tomorrow and check back with the nurse. It will be several days before a possible embryo implants anyway, so you should be fine waiting until tomorrow.

I started progesterone the day after O on instruction from my dr.

I usually start them the second day after my first IUI, but... I've never done a "natural" cycle using the supp. So I am a little lost... I've had AF like cramps today and that full feeling and ouchiness that I usually get when I O....  Oh, I don't freaking know...

Hi.  I also take my prog. the day after I O, which is within 48 hours of getting my first +opk.  Do you chart your bbt?  If so, you can start your prog. after you see a shift in your temp (even though it won't confirm O for a few more days).  I think Heather5 is right, though.  One or two days shouldn't make a difference.  Good luck ! :)

I don't chart... I should though! Usually I am monitored with u/s though so there's no need :)
Tonight would be 48hrs since my first OPK... would it hurt anything to start tonight?

I really don't think so ??  I got my first +opk today & I'm planning to take my prog. on Friday night, but that's if I see a thermal shift in my bbt.  I think you're probably fine ! :)
