Why cant I stay pregnant pass my first trimester?

Ok so I have cysts on my ovaries so I understand some difficuties. I have been trying for a year and have two miscarriages. I had a heavy flow on oct.22-30th and a light one on nov.25-29. I cant figure out when im ovalating even though I have the test and almost a dozen apps. How do I get pregnant and pass my first tremester? Some please help me.

Go talk to hour doctor. You might not be ovulating although you are having a period. You also might have low progesterone which is what I have. This can make you miscarry early but it can be fixed with suppliments.
