6 months is a long time to be on clomid. i did it for 3 months, along w/ Metformin, and the side effects were rough. i read up on it a lot, though, and never heard of it causing abnormal bleeding. has your doc done any tests? i just found out i have uterine fibroids and i'm reading about that a lot now. fibroids can cause a lot of bleeding, even anemia. luckily that hasn't been a problem for me, b/c mine aren't large. has your doc done an ultrasound to see if you have any fibroids or polyps that would cause this bleeding? i would definetely be wary of taking so much medication, especially if he hasn't done tests to determine why you even need them. i really wish you luck and hope you get this sorted out. take care!
That's normal.. TTC each month you need to take at least 5 different types of medicine..
Clomid or Femara, Estradiol, follistim (injection) or repronex, Novarel, premotrium... etc...
All medicines have side effects.. only thing you can do is take a risk... those medicine help you to boost up your hormone and easy to get pregnant... could harm you on other things.. you should discuss with your doctor the pros and cons about the medicines he puts you in... discuss with him throughly and understand what help or not help you..
good luck
