Wishful Thinking~Please humour me!

Hi All,
There should be absolutely no way this is possible and I'm probably jinxing myself right now by typing and asking.  Anyways, I am away from my DH and I O'ed about two days after I left him.  We thought this month was out of the question because of my traveling.  But about five days ago, I started to get these wretched headaches.  They are  consistent and do not go away.  I thought it was the change in air pressure and who knows, maybe it is.  I'm not usually a headache person and my main AF symptoms are sore bbs - which I don't have.  My normal LP is 11dpo.  Although, a few times a year I get a LP that lasts approximately 20dpo.  Right now I am 13dpo.  I felt this gush earlier today (sorry TMI) and thought AF had arrived.  But it's just the palest of pink of nothing.  My temp stayed high this morning (although it does do that sometimes till AF arrives).  I keep checking for AF but what's there is so light, I wouldn't even call it spotting.  I hate asking you all what you think because I know none of us are psychic.  And literally I think just need reassurance that this might be possible even though I bd'ed two days before O.  I know the chances are slim...but wouldn't it be nice to have a miracle?  I'm too afraid to test b/c I think it will be negative and then AF will show up.  Well, here's my wish: If not me, I hope some other kind soul on this forum gets a miracle this month!  Good luck Ladies!

I know how you feel... I recently finished my third IVF cycle and two weeks later (well... 13 days to be precise), I got my third BFN.  My doctor said to stop the progesterone and the very next day AF showed up.  We decided we'd go ahead with another try right away and I was expecting AF to next show on 19/20 May.  Today is 26 and still no sign.  Not even a whisper of a symptom.  I started thinking the same way as you... wouldn't it be wonderful if a miracle happened and I discovered that doing my beta 1 day early was early enough to get a BFN.  It was a beautiful thought for a few minutes and then I remembered that AF did in fact show after that BFN!!!  I'd almost forgotten.
You on the other hand, have a bit more of a leg to stand on.
I hope it is a miracle and you get the most pleasant surprise of your life very soon.  But if that's not the case, I wish you all the very best next try.

Thanks ladies!
You are all so lovely and your kind wishes mean the world!  I'm spotting a bit heavier now and it is v. light.  This is quite an odd way for AF to arrive for me (usually she is full on heavy) but my temperature dropped today so I'm pretty sure that's a bad sign. Oh well, what can you do.  If it's not me this month, I truly hope one of you very deserving souls gets a BFP!  Good luck.

My OB says BD'ing before O is really good. It's not all about BD'ing right when you O.

Best of luck!!! I hope this is it!!!!

Hey, you never know...those little swimmers can live in fertile cervical mucus for up to five days in ideal conditions (although, probably more like two/three days under normal conditions).  So, it's definitely possible!

Best of luck!
