Sorry our post was getting down there on the list so I started an new one.

I thoguht it was the post coital test.  did your OB/gyn request the test or RE?  just wondering why they havent checked me yet.  I dont want to be on clomid for nothing if the lil guys cant make it where they need to be.

I asked my RE about doing a post coital test and they said they don't do them anymore :( How else can they tell if your CM is killing off DH sperm??

I agree....We have no other issues, so whynot check the CM to see if that is the problem.  super sticky baby dust

it was my RE who did it. My ob did nothing, she said I was fine and no problems. . . So that's when i went to my RE, and he did all the testing. I know a lot of people don't ever do the post coital test. . but I was in the lab with him when he did it and i got to look at the cm myself, and there was deffinately nothing there! So i think it was worth doing. And when you are on clomid that can make the cm even worse.
Shesherm-have you gone to an RE yet or just doing testing with your ob?

I havent seeen RE yet.  OBb/gny did HSG ans DH SA and gave RX for clomid.  She said she can only prescribe it for 3 months then I have to go to RE.  IF i get AF I may ask about post coital as we have time everything and got nothing...so maybe cm is the prob.  thanks again for all your insight.  Have you talked to RE about preseed?

Okay, first my RE said there isn't really anything you can do to help the hostile cm. But i don't know if that is true. Evening primrose oil is supposed to help produce more cm, there is a product on early-pregnancytests.com called fertile cm, and you can try preseed.  I tried all of those things for many months and none of them really helped me, but I think they help some people. I didn't ask him about preseed, but i did try it. I thought it would work  but didn't have luck.  If you search online there are lots of things that are supposed to help cm, i just didn't have luck with them. Thanks for all the info :) we use preseed and love it. I don't have problems with producing cm, I have plenty, but I wanted to help the sperm live longer so we thought preseed may help. I want to know if I have hostile cm tho, and my RE office doesn't test that. I guess if a few more months pass and still nothing I will check into it more.
