I NEED HELP ON THE ABBREVIATIONS LIKE (CK,MYO,Trop,CREAT,Retic,HgbA1C,PTT,RPR,OBC,HCG QT,HCG QL,PHOS,FE,ALB,B-PEP,CA++,K+,NA++,Lytes

Most of the abbreviations you listed refer to normal blood tests.
CK- Creatinine Kinease (usually used to measure if there is damaged muscle)
MYO- haven't heard of but is it MB or CKMB which would go along with the CK and Trop test it is usually used to indicate muscle damage as well
Trop-Troponin (indicates injured heart muscle specifically)
CREAT- Creatinine (measures kidney function)
Retic- Reticulocyte ( measures how quickly the body releases inmature red blood cells)
HgbA1C- hemoglobin A1C (indicates the blood sugar levels in the blood for the last 90 days)
PTT- partial thromboplastin time (clotting times)
RPR- syphilis
OBC-unsure the only thing I found was about malaria, but not sure
HCG QT- human chorionic gonadotropin (pregnancy test qualitative either pos/neg)
HCG QL- human chorionic gonadotropin ( pregnancy related measures levels directly to indicate if they are consistently doubling as indicated in pregnancy)
PHOs- phosphorus (mineral/electrolyte level)
FE- iron
ALB- albumin (protein made in the liver)
B-PEP- unsure I am only aware of BTNP
CA- calcium
K+- potassium
NA+- sodium
Lytes- include the above listed calcium, potassium, sodium

Like I said most of these tests are pretty standard
