am i expecting nothing?

I just feel im pregnant these past few days, im on my 16 dpo today and some symptoms occur during my 10-14 dpo. But yesterday afternoon i had some light bleeding, my period was due today and i didn't expect that it would come that day on my 15dpo. It continued at night with some light cramping on my lower abdomen and this morning as i change my pads no traces ofd as of this moment. A while ago i urinate, discharge of blood came out of me and only a few drops of blood was on my pad. I havent tried to do some pregnancy test cause im afraid to fail myself. Im so depressed i think i didnt conceive. Do i still have some hope that its implantation and not AF.

It sounds like implantation bleeding if no ad by tomorrow I would take a test

I think i had some light af  i dont usually bleed this less than i had last january 2, im still bleeding now but it wasnt heavy. Should i hope that it wasnt af?

Im abit dizzy today, i ve been taking some vitamin c for about a week now.  Is it related to my dizzinness lately?
