are sore breasts a sign of ovulation?

so i am 9 dpo and i think i ovulated on oct 6th but im not completely sure. OPK's dont work for me so i am only tracking CM. Im starting to second guess when i thought i ovulated. I had fertile CM but it wasnt that stretchy as i've heard it supposed to be. And the next two days after i think i ovulated, i had very sore nipples (sry for tmi). i talked to one lady who said she gets sore breasts right after ovulation, but i was wondering if there was anyone else who also experiences it.

Hi.... I used to get this all the time but now I don't so I don't even know if I am ovulating now!!! but yes I looked it up online and its a sure sign you ovulated because its a progesterone spike afterward cause sore breasts and nips!!!

I always get sore breasts and nipples a few days after I ovulated and thats a sign for me to know that I am in my luteal phase. I actually have this now and I'm 4 DPO.
