baby aspirin?

I heard a lot of women taking baby aspirin to help with blood flow?
when do you start taking this? Will it effect anything when I get my IUI since it thins your blood?
I am willing to try anything at this point and thought that it'd help.

You can start taking baby aspirin at anytime. I was advised to take it while TTC, and I also used it while doing IUIs. You would just take one baby aspirin (81 mg) a day.

good question..I don't think it would be a problem?? I'm not taking clomid this month so I'm going to give it a try.

yes, i took them together the last two months, per doctor instruction.

I also took baby aspirin and clomid per my RE instructions and I'm now pregnant. Also, she asked me to continue taking baby aspirin until we saw the heartbeat which we did at 7w1d.  But no more than 81mg per day.

alright thanks for the info. I'm going to start taking them right away. I bought some but wasn't sure if it would cause more bleeding during my IUI so I was holding off until I knew for sure.

For those of you that have or do take the asprin, have yall had some sort of blood test saying that you need it? or is it ok to take it even if there isn't anything "proven" wrong with your clotting etc?    I have premenstrual spotting, and endo, so not sure if it would still be ok just to try or not??   THANKS!

I have had a positive blood test for antiphospholipid antibodies syndrome and take baby aspirin for that.

I am on my third day of baby aspirin.  Started to take them a day after my period.  I had brown discharge since then.  and now it's more red.  Is this normal with baby aspirin?
