Im really wanting a baby. I have my little one and a step child. We have been having intercourse while im ovulating but I just never get pregnant we have now been trying for 5 months. Is there any tricks or suggestions ?
I would start taking prenatal vitamins and track my ovulation using a kit and try to conceive on those days.

Make sure to not get stressed over it and have fun with it. Make sure your body is healthy and ready for a baby. Ive heard that lifting your legs up to your chest for 15-20 min after intercourse can help. And another thing I would suggest doing is taking vitamins. The healthier u are and the more prepared your body is for a baby the more likely u are to have one!
