bed rest during 1st tri??

I had some pink blood on saturday and a bit of brown this am. However, also saw and heard the HB this am.  MD said everything looks good but still wants me on bedrest x 48 hrs until no blood.

Anyone else get this recommendation before?

I know I shouldn't worry b/c people spot all the time..but this is not easy

Yes if Dr. tells you bed rest you better listen.  I still blame myself in part for my MC  I went to ER on Saturday and they said Bed rest until I saw Dr. b/c of bleeding and well I did try but I just kept finding things that needed to be done and went back Tuesday and my HCG had dropped.  So if Dr. says it you better listen.....

I agree! I was told bed rest but was already too late. I'd get my butt in bed and stay until dr says so. If I had known that earlier I may not have mc. er dr said in some cases of placenta lifting, tearing or previa may be bed rest remainder of pregnancy!

I had light pink spotting and very little, no cramps. I was 12 wks, saw hb at er that night, nothing the next day. I'm not trying to scare you, but please heed the dr's orders!!!!!!!!!

I was 7 weeks and the next m/c I was 8 weeks, first came light pink spotting, then came ugly brown (looked like old period), the next day came blood and a lot of cramping in my lower abdomine.

I was 8 weeks and no I didn't get to hear heartbeat as when I found out I was preg. and the day I started Mc was only a week appart.  IT took that long fro HPT to even give a BFP.....so just please stay off of those feet for your little ones sake.

I was going to tell you I started spotting on saturday and then by Monday a bit more and Tuesday it was to late.

I swear I am in bed.  Just have the computer with me. You are all so cute... I have no bleeding, feel great but pregnant...
