blood clot in ur uterus will pregnant

i went to the hospital and they told me that i have a blood clot in my uterus right next to my babys head. they said that this could of been caused by my pervious misscarriage. i want to know what i should be doing if this is going to harm my baby? should i be on bed rest?? the hospital just told me to follow up with my doc if anybody knows what i can do and what i should be doing please help me

I had a blood clot next to gestational sack for weeks.  It's not uncommon and caused a lot of bleeding for me.  After several weeks of bleeding the clot bled out and resolved itself.  Your dr will monitor you more closely and see if the clot is getting smaller.  Fortunately, blood clots do not affect your baby.

im pregnant and this is my fourth pregnancy and im also RH negative so after my 3 rd delivery the hospital were out of RHogam shots so i went back to get my shot 5 days later does this pose a threat for this pregnancy and once u get a RHogam shot how long does it stay in ur system>
