Hello, don't panic that's perfectly normal.......just take it easy.  I spotted off and on for the first 4 months of my pregnancy, sometimes bright red and sometimes brown, and my baby was born and still is HEALTHY.......You should only be worried if you're passing lot's of blood (like a menstrual) accompany with bad cramps, but sounds like everything is ok with you........

I don't think you should worry about it.  Call your doctor just to let him/her know.  It was probably just the baby growing.  Sometimes that happens, your uterus is expanding.

I know it can be scary.
I have experienced brown spotting in 3 out of 4 of my pregnancies.
One of them resulted in m/c.
One of them was a live birth (now 5 years old)
One of them is a current, and diagnosed NORMAL pregnancy...confirmed by 3 u/s so far, and just about finished w/first trimester.

Brown spotting can go either way.
It happens all of time in normal pregnancies.
It happens all of the time in m/c pregnancies as well.

Just because your spotting doesn't mean your headed for a m/c, even if that is exactly how it started last time....this is a new pregnancy...and things are different.   Good luck****   :0)
