brown spotting!!!!!

hello
i had my periods on 18 jan and now i am due by five days.i have been feeling like i am pregnant,have cramps,lower backpain,headache,bodyache etc.i did pregnancy test today  it shows negative result.is it too early?i am more concern abt the brown spotting that i had yesterday and day before,its was very less.i nerer had this kind of thing before my period start.i am unable to understand what is going on.i am so confused dont know what to think.....

Go for a beta blood test to confirm. Is the brown spotting usual for u before the AF comes?...for me it is. However, since u are late for ur AF, it could mean pregnancy also, some women bleed a little in their initial pregnant months. I would get a blood test done to confirm, so that I am not left wondering
